Sportster 883 -1200 Big Bore Kit

Fits 1986-2003 Sportster models.

Convert all EVOLUTION 883cc and 1000cc to 1200cc. Kit includes 2 SILVER finished cylinders, Wiseco reverse dome piston and ring set 9.5:1 compression, cylinder base and head gaskets, and rocker box gaskets. Includes the right rocker cover gaskets for your Sportster. No head work necessary. It may be necessary to rejet your carburator.  Conversion kit also comes with BLACK cylinders.

Ready to bolt on using your rocker box assemblies.  Pistons included to optimize the performance of the Thunderstorm engine.

Fits '96-'98 S1, '97-'98 M2, '97 S3/T and '95-'96 S2/T models.  (Stock on domestic models, '98 S1W, '98 S3/T and all '99-'02 models (except Blast).

NOTE: These heads and pistons will fit pre-'04 XL Sportster models but modifications to the motor mount must be made.
